Shanon Grauer is of Counsel to DDO Health Law and INQ Data Law
Shanon advises numerous not-for-profit and charitable organizations including those operating in the healthcare sector. Her specialties include mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and health regulatory.
Shanon’s health law practice focuses on health regulatory matters and involves advising hospitals, suppliers to the health care sector, community care access centres, foundations, a laboratory, hair replacement centres and other stakeholders in the health services sector. Shanon teaches a course on Health Law and Ethics at the Institute of Health Policy Management and Evaluation allied with the University of Toronto in the Faculty of Medicine.
Shanon received her B.A. (Hons.) from the University of British Columbia and her LL.B. from the University of Toronto. She was called to the Ontario bar in 1978 and joined DDO Health Law in the spring of 2019.
