Ellen is an Associate at DDO Health Law where she practices in the areas of privacy, cybersecurity, and AI risk management and advises on a number of health law matters. A graduate of Windsor Law, she developed an interest in health, AI and data ethics as a writer for the Windsor Law and Technology Lab.
Prior to Law School, Ellen graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from Western University. Her background and passion for the health sector led her to complete her articles with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, where she acquired experiences in privacy law, corporate/commercial, procurement and a wide variety of health law issues.
Ellen serves as a Managing Editor on the Editorial Board of the Health Law in Canada Journal, published by Lexis Nexis Canada Inc.
