Highlights: This Bill would amend the Cannabis Licence Act, 2018 to provide that
- In absence of evidence to the contrary, the Registrar shall consider a resolution of the council of the municipality as proof of the needs and wishes of the residents of the municipality for the purposes of paragraph 5 of subsection 4 (6) of the Act
- (municipality above referring to the municipality in which the person is seeking a store permit in)
