Introduced by Sandy Shaw (MPP – Hamilton West – Ancaster – Dundas), NDP, the Bill was carried on First Reading.

This Bill enacts the Nancy Rose Act (Paediatric Hospice Palliative Care Strategy), 2019. The Act requires the MOHLTC to develop and implement a paediatric hospice palliative care strategy for Ontario.
