Approved Regulations

 

REG. 406/18: Compensation Framework – Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Act, 2014

 

O.REG 304/16: Executive Compensation Framework is revoked with this new regulation.  This new compensation framework for designated employers and designated executives is effective as of August 13, 2018. The framework outlines what are the requirements for determining salary cap, performance-related pay, and other elements of compensation.

Similar to O.REG 304/16, the new regulation prohibits elements of compensation such as payments or other benefits provided in lieu of perquisites, signing bonuses, retention bonuses and cash housing allowances.
